A three wheel version of the WHaTS Trailer Jockey is shown in the first part of the video, but three wheels are not needed. (We had just quickly converted from another application which benefited from using three wheels.)  The standard version of the Trailer Jockey ships with two wheels which have more than enough weight bearing capacity.

Components of a WHaTS Trailer Jockey: 1 very rugged Universal Frame ~ 1 Long Axle (stailnless steel) ~ 2 high quality Flat Proof Wheels ~ 2 robust High Handles ~  2 Common Fronts ~ 1 Trailer Ball & Mount ~ quick attach Detent and Lynch Pins.   Note that the videos may show the Trailer Jockey with a mix of other components illustrating the versatility of Wheeled Hand Tool Systems in adapting to your specific needs.

The standard Trailer Jockey comes with 2 wheels with 800 pounds capacity.  Adding a 3rd wheel boosts the capacity to 1200 pounds.  The leverage ratio is 5 to 1 which means that 100 pounds of downward force on the handles will lift about 500 pounds of tongue weight.  A 200 pound person should be able to exert 150 pounds of downward force (leaving 50 pounds for just enough foot traction) and thus produce about 750 pounds of trailer tonge lift.  Two people can push down on the handles (one on each handle) for twice as much lift.  Also weight (like a big rock) can be added behind the wheels for extra lift.
